This Central Richmond remodel involved a full renovation of the interior, including a new kitchen and bathrooms. A former kid’s playroom was redesigned as a dining room, and a new sliding pocket door was built to provide access from the dining room to the powder room as well as to the backyard. In the power room, new lighting and a silent exhaust fan added creature comforts to what had been a cold, dark and cramped space.
