This 1970’s three-story residence was remodeled with restrained, meticulously crafted details, including new handcrafted hardwood floors and custom cabinets throughout. We also remodeled the bathrooms and provided structural upgrades. In phase 2 of the project, we are building out a new fourth floor (carved into the hillside) that will include an entertainment room, yoga room, guest bedroom, and office, as well as an outdoor area with a pool/spa, fire pit and a slide for the kids.
