This single-family home stands out in Nob Hill, where most of the neighboring residences are apartment buildings and condos. Every detail was meticulous for this new construction project, including high-end materials such as Boffi kitchen cabinets. The interior and exterior work reflects a contemporary/modern aesthetic, with gorgeous concrete floors on first and second levels, and a spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Outside we built an urban refuge, complete with milled cedar fencing and custom benches as well as an elegant stone patio.
