This fully renovated and expanded home in Noe Valley includes three floors with contemporary flourishes throughout. We provided custom millwork for the home’s gorgeous cabinets and used reclaimed lumber and cedar as well. High-end materials include a Cheng Design concrete fireplace. On the exterior façade we integrated mahogany around the bay windows and attic. Exterior living spaces include a back patio made with Brazilian cherry, cedar, and mahogany, as well as a roof deck. We suited up the the rear of the house with an exterior TV, dog door, and full picture window.
